She was injured in a manufactured conflict between 'the Phoenixes' (which is to say, Protectorate defenders in Phoenix armbands) and 'MLE.' Taken to St Mungo's, from which she was removed by Crouch's MLE and -- I would assume -- taken to Buckingham.
